Final Prediction : Barcelona vs Real Madrid/ Bayern Munich
In my opinion, only two teams from Barcelona, Bayern Munich, and Real Madrid would reach to the UEFA Champions League Final for 2011-2012 season. Possibilities of their places in final are predicted by the following reasons:
- Barcelona could reach to the final as usual whereas I believe they have better performance in Champions League to beat Milan. Although Barcelona is struggling in their domestic league, they have good performance and good result in Champions League. In addition, Champions League is the only one trophy left for them in this season.
- Bayern Munich could reach to the final due to the final match will be held at Allianz Arena which is their home stadium, so there is no doubt that they will play with full spirit to reach final. Previous match result made them to be considered as one of the possible final reaching team.
- Real Madrid could reach to the final for their good performance and they are 80% sure to win in their domestic league. Thus, they will try to win this competition for their pride of double winner.
AC Milan against Barcelona match would be very interesting among all quarter final matches. There is no wonder better Barcelona would win them with their quality players. However, there is a possibility for AC Milan as well. It would be good if AC Milan won over Barcelona to put salt and grain for the Champions League fans to avoid from watching Barcelona in the final again. Benfinca and Chelsea match will be good either but their opponent in the next level will not be easy for them comparing with their performance and level. So, there is no chance for them to reach final. Marseille against Final host, Munich is another good match but due to the reason why Munich should reach to the final block them as semi-final favourite for them. Lastly, there is no comment for the Cyprus club, Apoel as the differencebetween them and Spanish favourite is huge.
So, who will win UEFA Champions League 2012?
